- You cannot have used another credit-consulting agency or have attempted to repair your own credit within 1-year of signing up for our services.
- You cannot have had any new collections or missed payments during the time frame that we have been assisting you.
- You must have maintained the same credit monitoring services that you established at the beginning of services with us and kept that monitoring service enforce during the entire time frame we have been assisting you.
- You should receive updated credit reports and correspondence from the three major credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian, TransUnion) every 30-45 days – You must have scanned & uploaded each and every one of those updates and/or correspondences that you received into your client portal or scanned & emailed to ARG Financial Services within 5 days of receipt.
