If your onboarding is not completed within 48-hours of submission of this form, your account with ARG Financial Services will be immediately cancelled. Your monthly payment ($119.00) will begin 30-days from the date of payment of your Enrollment/Document Processing Fee (Your Anniversary Date). Example: If your card was charged on the 14th of the month for your Enrollment/Document Processing Fee (Your Anniversary Date), your monthly payment date will then be set for the 14th of each month moving forward. We do allow clients to move their payment date by up to 3 days. You can request this by sending customer support a message in your client portal.
